Terms and Conditions for the Dentacare Referral Program
Definitions
- Dentacare Subscriber means a current subscriber to the Dentacare website as evidenced by having a current active membership and current credit card details submitted to Dentacare through the Dentacare Member portal on the Dentacare website.
- Referrer means a person who is making a referral to another person to join Dentacre. A Referrer is a Dentacare Subscriber.
- Referred Person means a person who is not a Dentacare Subscriber and has not been a Dentacare subscriber in the last two years from the date of Referral to Dentacare.
- New Dentacare Member means a person who is not a Dentacare Subscriber and has not been a Dentacare subscriber in the last two years from the date of Referral to Dentacare.
Eligibility
1. The Dentacare Referral Program is open to individuals, not companies.
2. By making a Referral, a Dentacare Subscriber agrees to Terms and Conditions for the Dentacare Referral Program.
Action Requirement
3. To enable a one off payment to be made by Dentacare to a Dentacare Subscriber for a referral, the Referred Person
must meet all of the criteria below:
3.1. The referred person must have successfully subscribed to Dentacare;
3.2. The referred person must become a New Dentacare Member;
3.3. The referred person must enter into the Dentacare Join Now membership form the first name, last name and email address of the Referrer. These details must match the Dentacare Subscriber details for the Referrer held by Dentacare and will be used by Dentacare to identify the Referrer;
3.4. The Dentacare Subscriber who made the referral must be a current Dentacare subscriber at the time of Dentacare receiving the subscription from the new Dentacare subscriber;
3.5. The Referrer must have current valid credit card details provided to Dentacare;
3.6. The New Dentacare Member must remain a Dentacare subscriber for one full year from the date when they first joined as part of the Dentacare Referral Program
Reward Limitations
4. The following Reward Limitations apply:
4.1. When the Action Requirements are satisfied, Dentacare will process a refund to the Referrer to the value of $20 for each successful
subscription up to a maximum of the total annual value of the subscription held by the Referrer per year where the Dentacare Subscriber holds a one year subscription. For a Dentacare Subscriber who holds a two year subscription, when the Action Requirements are satisfied, Dentacare will process a refund to the Referrer to the value of $20 for each successful subscription up to a maximum of the total value of the two year subscription held by the Referrer every two years.
4.2. New Subscribers can claim a 10% discount on their subscription by entering the Coupon Code “just for you” when completing the online application process available at https://www.dentacare.com.au/join-2/.
Anti-Fraud Measures
5. Dentacare may at our absolute discretion cancel a “Dentacare Referral” payment without notice to you.
6. Without limiting the circumstances in which we may do so, we may cancel your access to the Dentacare Referral Program under the following circumstances:
6.1. We believe you are acting in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading way;
6.2. Your conduct is in breach of the terms and conditions;
6.3. We close your account;
6.4. We believe the security or quality of the Dentacare Website or related services is threatened;
6.5. You are sending an excessive number of unsolicited invites;
6.6. You are making self-referrals; and
6.7. We believe you are using false identities or spamming.
Program Modification/Termination
7. Dentacare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
