Dentacare Referral Program – Conditions Of Use
The Dentacare Referral Program is designed so that Dentacare Subscribers can spread the word about in the spirit of genuine advocacy and referral.
Conditions for Dentacare Subscribers who make a successful referral
To enable a one off payment to a Dentacare Subscriber for a referral, the referral must meet the criteria below:
- The referred customer must have successfully subscribed to Dentcare;
- The referred customer must be a new subscriber to Dentacare;
- The referred customer must have provided the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the Dentacare subscriber who referred them. These details must match the details on the Subscriber account held on the Dentacare website;
- The Dentacare subscriber who made the referral must be a current Dentacare subscriber at the time of Dentacare receiving the subscription from the new Dentacare subscriber.
- The Dentacare subscriber who made the referral must have credit card details provided to Dentacare; and
- The new Dentacare subscriber must not cancel the Dentacare subscription within one month of commencing.
If these criteria are satisfied, Dentacare will process a refund to the Dentacare subscriber who made the referral to the value of $10 for each successful referred subscription up to a maximum of the total annual value of the subscription held by the Dentacare referrer.
Conditions for referred new Dentacare Subscribers
To enable a one off referral payment to an existing current Dentacare subscriber, any new referred Dentacare subscriber must meet the criteria below:
- The new Dentacare subscriber must have successfully subscribed to Dentcare;
- The new Dentacare subscriber must be a new subscriber to Dentacare;
- The new Dentacare subscriber must provide the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the Dentacare subscriber who referred them in the form provided on the website for joining Dentacare. These details must match the details on the Subscriber account held on the Dentacare website;
- The Dentacare subscriber who made the referral must be a current Dentacare subscriber at the time of Dentacare receiving the subscription from the new Dentacare subscriber.
- The new Dentacare subscriber must not cancel the Dentacare subscription within one month of commencing.
Cancellation
We may at our absolute discretion cancel a “Dentacare Referral” payment without notice to you. Without limiting the circumstances in which we may do so, we may cancel this feature under the following circumstances:
- We believe you are acting in a fraudulent, deceptive or misleading way.
- Your conduct is in breach of the terms and conditions.
- We close your account.
- We believe the security or quality of the Dentacare Website or related services is threatened.
- You are sending an excessive number of unsolicited invitations.
